Starting on July 1, 2023, there will be a $3,374 application fee for lodging a review of a decision other than one involving protection visas.

The application fee has increased from $1,890 to $2,076 for the review of Part 7-reviewable decisions involving protection visas.

An application fee of A$3,153 must be paid in all circumstances before 1 July 2023, with the exception of requests for review of bridging visa decisions (including any related decisions to require a security bond) that led to an individual being detained by immigration authorities. If a fee reduction of 50% is approved, the reduced fee will be $1576.50.
