Child’s best interests come first
If it is not in the best interests of a child under the age of 18, this visa will typically not be granted.
Age
The youngster must be under 25 years old, and if they are above 18, they must be dependant on their sponsoring parent and enrolled full-time in school. The only situation where the age restriction and full-time enrollment requirement don’t apply is when a youngster is disabled and unable to work.
Health
There are particular health criteria for the youngster. Typically, the outcomes are good for 12 months. This also holds true for any family member listed on your application, regardless of whether they are moving abroad.
Character
A child who is older than 16 years old must adhere to certain moral standards. Once they turned 16 years old, they had to be ready to present a police certificate from each country they had lived in for at least a year in the previous ten years. Until we ask you to, do not arrange for police certificates.
You and every member of your family unit listed on your application are subject to this, whether or not they are immigrating.
