Regarding this visa
You are permitted to enter Australia using one of five streams if you have a Temporary Work (International Relations) visa (subclass 403):
Government Agreement stream: to enter Australia pursuant to the terms of a bilateral agreement between the Australian Government, or a State or Territory Government of Australia, and the Government of another Country.
Foreign Government Agency stream: for a foreign official who will not receive official status from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) in Australia, or for a person who will work for a foreign government as a foreign language instructor in an Australian school.
Doing domestic work in the home of someone who has a diplomatic (temporary) visa (subclass 995) is known as the domestic worker (diplomatic or consular) stream.
For individuals possessing privileges and immunities granted by the Overseas Missions (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1995 or the International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963
To enter Australia and serve as a seasonal worker in certain industries for Australian businesses that are unable to find local employees, apply to the Seasonal Worker Programmed stream. To take part in the Seasonal Worker Programmed, you must receive an invitation from an authorized sponsor of Temporary Activities. Only a few nations are allowed to participate in this program.
